Beer, Wine, and Spirits Dinner

$46Join us for our 2nd annual beer, wine, and spirits dinner. Enjoy a 4-course meal paired perfectly with Lone Girl beer and Wollersheim wine and spirits. You choose which pairing works best and help us decide the winner of the night!
Come and enjoy a welcome Old Fashioned made with one of the many great spirits made at Wollersheim Distillery. A welcome cocktail will be served starting at 5:30pm. Dinner will be served at 6pm.
Special guests Tom (Master Distiller) and Celine Lenerz (Wine Maker) from Wollersheim, as well as John Russell (Lone Girl Brewmaster)

Starter: Bacon-Wrapped Dates – stuffed with bleu cheese and wrapped in bacon.
Salad: Beet and Melon Salad – shaved prosciutto, sugar cube melon, roasted red beets, feta cheese crumbles and champagne vinaigrette on a bed of arugula.
Entree: Surf and Turf – 4oz beef tenderloin filet and 3 seared shrimp served on a bed of cheddar & pimento grits, topped with lemon wine sauce.
Dessert: Chocoflan – a classic Mexican layered cake, moist chocolate cake topped with a silky vanilla flan and finished with caramel sauce.
